An interior door swings open on its own. There’s no breeze, and it doesn’t rub against the frame. A level shows the hinge-side jamb leaning slightly. What’s your guess?

B: The hinge axis isn’t vertical. In this scenario, the tilted hinge line lets gravity swing the door toward a lower position. The level reading is your key clue; paint and latch height don’t explain the swing.
